This privacy policy applies to the Tire Link Basic app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Kumho Tire (collectively, the "Application"). Kumho Tire is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Sensor data and app settings are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party servers. Separately, the Android version uses Google ML Kit for QR code recognition, which collects diagnostic and usage information as described below.
Locally stored sensor data and app settings remain on your device until removed, including when you uninstall the Application.
The Application uses the camera only to scan QR codes when registering sensors. Camera images are processed on your device for QR code recognition and are not saved as photos or transmitted to external servers.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not share sensor data, app settings, or camera images with third parties.
On Android, Google ML Kit collects device and app information, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics, API configuration, input/output sizes, feature versions, event types, and error codes for diagnostics and usage analytics. This information is sent to Google using HTTPS; it is distinct from sensor readings and camera images. This ML Kit disclosure applies to the Android version.

You can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops further collection by this installation but does not itself delete diagnostic information already sent to Google. The Application does not provide a separate switch to disable ML Kit diagnostics. For information about data retained by Google and available privacy controls, refer to the Google Privacy Policy linked above.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting dm_yang@kumhotire.com.
The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds. ML Kit diagnostic information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. However, no security system is completely secure.
If a personal data breach occurs for which the Service Provider has a notification obligation, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at dm_yang@kumhotire.com.

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
